Non-Transferable Registration: Once registered, the entry to the Thalassemia Run is personal to the registrant and cannot be transferred to any other person. Refunds will not be provided for registrations if a participant cannot attend the event for any reason.
 

Refund Policy on Registration Rejection: In the event that a registration application is not approved, the participant will receive a refund of the registration charges. However, a processing fee of 4% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative costs.
 

Event Cancellation Policy: The Thalassemia Run is subject to cancellation or postponement due to factors beyond the control of the organizers, such as adverse weather conditions, public disturbances, or decisions by public authorities. In such cases, neither the registration fee nor any other associated costs will be refundable or transferable.
 

T-Shirt Distribution: Participants will receive an event T-shirt in the size indicated on their registration form, subject to availability. The event organizers will make their best efforts to match the requested sizes but cannot guarantee availability at the time of bib collection. There will be no refunds of registration fees due to T-shirt size unavailability.
 

Underage Participants: For registrants under the age of 18, registration will be considered provisional until a Participant Disclaimer Form is completed and signed by a parent or guardian. This form must be scanned and sent to info@deepindia.org to confirm participation.
 

Communications from Organizers and Sponsors: By registering for the Thalassemia Run, participants agree to receive various communications. This includes promotional materials, offers, updates, and advertisements from the event sponsors and organizers, which will be sent to the contact details provided during registration.
 

Bib Number Regulations: Bib numbers are assigned to specific individuals and are non-transferable. Participants must wear their assigned bib visibly and correctly throughout the event to ensure identification and eligibility for participation. Bibs worn by anyone other than the registered participant will be considered a violation of event rules.
