At Thalassemia Run, organized by NTR Memorial Trust, we are grateful for your generous contributions and support toward raising awareness and promoting action against Thalassemia. Your donations help us drive impactful change—and every contribution counts.

Donations Are Non-Refundable

Please note that all donations and registration fees made through this website are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Accidental or duplicate donations

• Change of heart after donating

• Registration withdrawal or inability to attend the event

• Issues related to payment method or technical error (once processed successfully)

We encourage donors to carefully review their details before confirming any donation or registration.

Donation Receipts

• A donation receipt or certificate will be issued and sent to the donor's registered email address within 15 working days of the successful transaction.

• If you do not receive your receipt within this timeframe, please contact us with your donation reference details.

Event Participation Cancellations

If you registered for the Thalassemia Run event and are unable to attend, please note that no refunds will be issued, as your registration fee is considered a charitable contribution.
